Anyway, from quick look on spec itself, I still see, that two of my previous
comments has not been addressed:
> %{_docdir}/pgsql/contrib/*.orafunc
> That should be 
> %doc COPYRIGHT.orafunc INSTALL.orafunc README.orafunc

And:
