Well, upstream mixes letters too. It uses uppercase V for the main archive,
while lower case v for archives within this archive. So, srpm and spec file are
with upper case V, while binary rpms start with lower case v. I also prefer
small caps but maybe in this case it should be better to use upper case V for
CVS?

I'll wait for sponsor's comment on this before changing fedora-cvs flag again.
