and it's looking for the config file in the wrong place.

# /sbin/service opentracker-ipv6 start
Starting opentracker-ipv6: Warning: Can't open config file:
/etc/opentracker/opentracker.conf.socket_bind6_reuse: Invalid argument
                                                           [FAILED]
