Yes, I understood what you were talking about. Still, the file doesn't specify
a license different from that of COPYING, so it is assumed that the file is
under the same license as the rest of linbox.

Feel free to block FE-LEGAL if you disagree. I find that removing the files is
unnecessary.

Thomas: there are automated tests available, so add

 %check
 make -C tests check

to the spec file.
