Yeah, you'll need to upgrade clipper as well.  You can find the latest either
in koji or in the F12 alpha/beta packages.  Unforunately, the clipper API
changes without bumping the sonames (or the library version number), so its a
bit tricky to determine which "version" you need to have installed.  >.<
