One additional note, INSTALL says:
"These optional extensions can enhance the capabilities of HTML Purifier:
* iconv : Converts text to and from non-UTF-8 encodings
* bcmath : Used for unit conversion and imagecrash protection
* tidy : Used for pretty-printing HTML"
I think add Requires php-bcmath and php-tidy is good idea to provide full power
of package out of the box (until Fedora has not soft dependencies and install
suggestions)
