"Packages with SysV-style initscripts must put any them
into /etc/rc.d/init.d." vs. LSB's standard of /etc/init.d ?

I personally doubt the pain to properly fix is worth it (flip-flop
dir/symlink of /etc/rc.d/init.d /etc/init.d), but I wanted to raise the
point for discussion.
