[Fedora-packaging] First post

Hi,
I'm new to the Fedora Project.
I'm Philippe Makowski, member of the Firebird AdminTeam (www.firebirdsql.org)

I jump here to help packaging Firebird and it's related tools inside Fedora.

I hope that we will solve this request quick
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=488100) so after, we can
add at least Flamerobin and the Python driver for Firebird packages.

If need, I think I can find time to be co maintainer  of Firebird and
related tools package.
