Fast CGI is stil broken for me.

[robk at custard ~]$ rpm -q perl
perl-5.8.5-12.FC3
[robk at custard ~]$ perl Config.pm-orig
[robk at custard ~]$ perl -e "use CGI::Fast;"
Can't locate FCGI.pm in @INC (@INC contains: [blah]
