modules newer in CPAN than extras in devel...

Hey all --

I was working on my "Chris is lazy and would rather have a script tell
him that he needs to update his extras perl packages than read the
daily cpan update email" script, and thought this interim list might
be useful to others.  It's a list of packages in extras development
matching /^perl-/, compared to the latest released distributions in
CPAN.  Extras package version is determined by looking at the version
of the spec file in the cvs devel branch of the package; owners
information is determined by looking at owners.list.  It's not perfect
-- clearly <grin> -- but this is posted in the hopes others may find
the information useful.

For my own packages, I suspect I'll end up rigging an xmlrpc
connection to bugzilla and having the script file bugs against the
package needing an update.
