Adding Padre to Fedora

Hello again,
My test are failing here:
#     Error:  ORLite version 0.13 required--this is only version 0.10 at 
/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/Padre-0.10/blib/lib/Padre/DB.pm line 10.

even if I've perl-ORLite 0.13. When I removed the version from this 
file, everything pass ok.
