As you might have seen on the rawhide report, the updates are done at
the CVS level. 13 packages are built and wait to be pushed on testing
the other will come in the coming 2 weeks I think.

Also, the list of package in Fedora has been updated by Remi for the
latest version of bioconductor:

He also created a page per package with some information (for example:
http://rpms.famillecollet.com/rpmphp/zoom.php?rpm=R-abind )
