setools-1.4.1 patch

A new bug report (with a patch attached) has been entered into Fedora
bugzilla (http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=133811) which
addresses a few bugs in the setools-1.4.1 package that have been brought to
our attention. 

Also, an updated setools-1.4.1 tarball is available from our website at
http://www.tresys.com/selinux/selinux_policy_tools.html. Thanks.
