[Fedora-suds-list] WSDL 2.0 Support

Suds support wsdl 2.0 syntax but does not support REST bindings.  Only SOAP bindings, 
sorry.  However, this is how support gets added.  If you can provide me access to a server 
that has REST bindings, I would be interested in extending suds to handle it.
