At least one was rp3, which I wrote the system part of and jrb
wrote most of the gui part of. It didn't survive the transition
to gnome2, much to my dismay.

The system parts of it are still relevant, and porting the GUI
part shouldn't be too hard for someone who knows gnome2. The
whole "configuring PPP" part of it can be thrown away; it is
a completely separate program from the network monitor.

Any takers?
