New up2date broken

Hmm, I was running up2date-3.9.15-2 just fine, including applying some
updates today, but now up2date doesn't work. Upgrading to
up2date-3.9.18-2 from the above URL didn't work, either. I've pasted the
errors below; looks like a cert problem but I don't know how to fix. Any
pointers?
