telinit 3 broken

nfs            	0:off	1:off	2:off	3:off	4:off	5:on	6:off
/sbin/chkconfig --list mailman
mailman        	0:off	1:off	2:on	3:on	4:on	5:on	6:off

So it's not surprising that nfs turns off, but I'm pretty sure I didn't change 
this setting.  If so, the default setting is apparantly wrong.
