bind-utils has no GPG signature

Some of the program.rpm(s) in Rawhide are not signed. You will have to 
use the --nosig option to get these programs to retrieve them.

If you use the GUI for up2date, it will work, but you have to confirm 
each program installation without a signature.


Also a note about program exceptions for the up2date program. I added 
*release* for the exceptions. I kept getting the fedora-release rpm 
installed, even though I thought the selection was unchecked.
