Bugzilla not sending mail

Hi,

 When I reported a bug to Bugzilla last night I noticed no emails were 
sent:

Bug 108395 has been added to the database
Email sent to: no one
Excluding: hp at redhat.com, leonardjo at hetnet.nl

 Now why is no mail being sent? Because I filed it as a low priority bug?
