up2date problems with aspell and xemacs-el

I did that, and it had the desired effect, but this morning, I
again see the same problem with:

bash-2.05b-27.1
blas-3.0-22
control-center-2.3.5-2
lapack-3.0-22
redhat-config-securitylevel-1.2.3-1
redhat-config-securitylevel-tui-1.2.3-1
