Updated GTK+ dialogs

Any chance of including the updated GTK+ 2.4 dialogs to play with? I
also was considering just installing the GTK+ 2.2.3 patches from
http://members.chello.nl/~h.lai/gtkenhancements if they will work. I'd
like to see those improvements available sooner rather than later.

Thoughts, ideas, comments?
