kernel-2.6.0-0.test5.1.38.athlon.rpm corrupt

Trying to install:

http://people.redhat.com/arjanv/2.5/RPMS.kernel/kernel-2.6.0-0.test5.1.38.athlon.rpm

I get a message:

error: kernel-2.6.0-0.test5.1.38.athlon.rpm: V3 DSA signature: BAD, key
ID 9d6b4012

If I use --nosignature, it says it has a bad md5sum.

If I rpm2cpio it into cpio -it it says "premature end of archive".

Anyone else seeing this?

I'm sure I have the whole 14MB file.
