Perl kinda messed up!

There are two versions joined i guess and it is not working properly. I
had installed basics for Perl (and include I got a folder 5.8.1 with all
the includes for it ...). But then i installed SSLeay and i got a new
folder 5.8.0, and it is NOT working without special perl options, aka
Webmin not working with SSL because of that ...
