can't ftp, telnet, or ssh to FC2T2 box

i am busy and my test2 installation is (temporary) overwritten with fc1

my additional little info for the others who will file this bug against
fc2 test2 - anaconda ?

this was a clean fresh custom workstation installation (~ 2,2 GB)
"no firewall"
--> no external login via ssh was possible but the firewall was opened 
for ntpd while booting

i can not verify if this happened *only* in runlevel 5, but here it was


my solution was:
  SELINUX=disabled, reboot, no luck
  service iptables stop
  chkonfig iptables off
bingo
