Are there torrents in Asia and Europe equivalent to the 
torrent at Duke?

I am looking at my 'torrent' connections and they are all over the
globe.  It is hard to believe that my contribution funneled via
transoceanic links is much help.  My upload contribution and their
download from California is being seriously throttled.
