Which is part of the problem.

And then RPM database queries don't reproduce the filename. ;)
Confusion again.

  $ sudo rpm -i foo-1.0-1.FC3.zork.i386.rpm
  $ rpm -q foo
  foo-1.0-1

Dist tag and repo tag are gone. And with them the information
about the origin of the package and its target platform.
