Not a suggestion really, but that library is located in the following
directories on my system:
/usr/lib/ooo-1.1/program/widgets/original/
/usr/lib/ooo-1.1/program/widgets/gtk/
/usr/lib/ooo-1.1/program/widgets/kde/

And running "rpm -q --whatprovides" returns openoffice.org-1.1.2-1 for
all three occurrences of the file.

Changing the setup script as Scott mentioned did fix OpenOffice for me
as well.
