'rsync' does not report any differences with at least four different
mirrors in North America.  Just rechecked in case something changed.

I would have run 'rpm -K ...' if not that small detail that headers
are non-readable.  These md5sums differ also from those for files
with the same names but with 'Mar  4 22:01' time-stamp and where
rpm does not have isssues. For these md5sum shows

c2ede0cd09db1cd2cd083aef76fe90d9  gimp-2.0-1.pre3.4.1.i386.rpm
b4f5e335cb4f6e674bf877902b66445a  gimp-devel-2.0-1.pre3.4.1.i386.rpm

This mirror does not seem seem to provide rsync on development
branch so I do not know what rsync would tell there but from md5sums
files are clearly different.
