VIA wrote the 2D/3D code for the EPIA and provided it. Intel fund and help
with their 2D and 3D video extensively in open source. S3 have provided 3D
drivers for some of the savage stuff (still being integrated). Trident
provided docs (but nobody has ever written a driver for trident 3D).
