Metacity Alt-Tab doesn't work?

Can anyone else confirm this metacity bug?  I can't get alt-tab
handling to work properly.  It's a moderately severe issue, IMHO,
since it essentially breaks keyboard navigation on the desktop.
If this isn't a configuration issue on my end, it really does
need to be looked at before the release.
