Can we play DVD movies under FC3?

Xine considers such "protections" damage and routes around it.

I tested with a known RCE disc ("Spiderman") and it plays fine under xine 
from freshrpms.net.  It also plays my region 2 discs fine.  ("The Brass 
Eye" is a highly recommended documentary series. Don't forget to call the 
Sri Lankan Embassy and warn them about the dangers of heavy electricity.)
