Cups printing to networked print server still not working

Reference Bugzilla # 133064.

Printing to a networked LPD print server using CUPS is still not working 
with a fresh install of FC3T3 and all updates installed as of this 
morning.  The print server cannot be reached via telnet from this 
system, but can be pinged as before.

If anyone has a similar setup, please try to define and use a printer 
and report success or failure.  If it fails, please add your comments to 
the bug report noted above.
