I've never worked with or worried about locales before. Can you give me
some more specific pointers and instructions? How do I (properly) delete
a locale? How do I (properly) delete locale_archive? And how do I
"rebuild [...] after deleting the fluff"?
Sounds like this could save a large chunk of space, thanks for any help
you can offer.
