KWord doesn't accept Japanese

Updated from test 2 to the latest Development, I can't input Japanese
on KWord and Opera 7.60 Preview1.
I've noticed this since last month, but at that time my Fedora was
updated from FC2 to rawhide via yum. So something by my side is wrong.

Some user of another distro told me that there is a problem at
qt-x11-immodule-bc-qt3.3.3.patch

Mandrake removed that patch from their qt of cooker, he said.
Fedora and SuSE use this patch, which isn't so good.
