during yum update, "/usr/lib/gcj-4.0.0/classmap.db" not found

i looked closer and noticed that, in the directory /usr/lib/gcj-4.0.0,
there is no "classmap.db" but there is a new directory structure,
"classmap.db.d" which contains a number of ".db" files.  i'm assuming
this is a restructuring of those .db files which is causing update
problems with other packages, yes?
