FC4: Kernel OOPS with 1398...

I've been plagued with this for quite a while, and the latest 1398 release 
didn't help...I couldn't capture the errors from 1398 because it crashed and 
burned before the log write, so here is one from 1390...

This only occurs during heavy CPU usage...In this case it was compiling a 
kernel...I am somewhat concerned that my controller driver (which isn't 
built in to the kernel - Marvell 88SX6081) may be causing this, based on the 
"Pid: 4986, comm: mv" part, as the Marvell driver is mv_sata.ko...Am I 
interpreting this correctly?  Any help as to what this means would be 
appreciated...

System is a dual operton 246 with 2 gigs of RAM...
