Weird Problem with Realplayer and Octave under FC4 test 3

hi,

I installed the RealPlayer-10.0.4.750-20050401.i586.rpm and
compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-47.fc4.i386.rpm on FC4 test 3 successfully,
but when I try to play a rm file, the player doesn't show any vedio,
just audio, and no any bug information.

FC4 seems will not provide Octave, so I tried to compile it myself. But
the the newest source code can't compile. Problem of gcc4?

Can anyone help me?
