gcc32 is a compatibility GCC 3.2.x compiler, not some unspecified
32-bit compiler.  So on 64-bit arches, it is 64-bit/32-bit depending
on -m{64,32,31} as the primary compiler.

Still, it would be far better to fix the applications that don't built
with GCC 4 in time for FC4.  In most cases it is caused by application bugs
rather than GCC bugs.
