Anyone else getting "Battery is fully charged" repeatedly?

Yes, I also see this when running gnome-power-manager.  Once my
battery is fully charged, I often get multiple notices that the battery
is fully charged per minute.  I have set the icon to only display when
the battery charge is critically low.  This is a less than optimal workaround.
