Release notes

FYI,

What's interesting is that the release notes is a "living document" which is
controlled over at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DocsProject. Each section
(called a beat) of the release notes is written by a different person
(called a beat writer). You can file even file bugzilla/suggestion reports
against particular parts of the release notes and other guides.

In the future, the release notes will be automatically generated
(concatenated) from all the different beats and put in to distribution.

The wiki granularity is pretty awesome - little 'ol me was able to file a
suggestion to the release notes:

You can see all of the release note requests for Fedora Core 5.
