Hi all,

I installed a fresh copy of FCR5t2 yesterday and it looks great, good
work, however I'm having some issues with wireless cards (namely intel
2200bg and dell truemobile 1150 pcmcia)

Both cards work just fine on the same box with FCR4. So using the same
techniquest (neat and intel firmware+driver) I have so far failed to get
either card to work,

To cut a long story short, I then decided maybe an update was available
so I did yum update, that downloaded and installed 208MB of updates
including a new kernel. I then rebooted to find gnome erroring out on
the desktop with

'Error the application gnome-terminal has quit unexpectedly'
'Error the application gnome-volume-manager has quit unexpectedly'

This reminds me of a similar Eggcups bug in FCR4 after the first
update, so I tried yum update again (same day less than an hour later).
Now it found 102mb of updates and went and installed them. After a
reboot with yet another new kernel I sill get the gnome errors on login,
they were not present with the default fresh install of FCR5t2.

Any ideas on why I'm getting these errors ? And apolgies if this has
been covered before, but a quick skim through the list didn't reveal
this to me.

Cheers
Niall.
