I don't think that I am alone with this, but here you go: 
http://ds5.agh.edu.pl/~grabka/shot.jpg. It shows rectangular menu item 
selection :) I found that fonts problem is caused by lack of luxi fonts.

Yum update fails. I tried several times.. still no luck.
