seg fault installing .1872....

Got following message during today's 'yum update' (from a rawhide
system current as of yesterday):

  Updating  : rhgb                         ####################### [11/44]
  Installing: kernel                       ####################### [12/44]
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.71639: line 1:  3537 Segmentation fault     
/usr/sbin/module_upgrade 2.6.15-1.1872_FC5

I get the same message if I 'rpm -e kernel.....' followed by 'rpm -ivh
kernel....'
