The best way to know if it will work on your system is to try it
*on your system* ;-)

If you haven't got the bandwidth to download all the .ISO files "just in 
case" then try just the rescue.iso, attempt a http install in gui mode 
which will try your VGA card (possibly in VESA mode) and your ethernet 
card, if it looks good at that stage, either carry on doing as small an 
install as you can get away with over the internet, or download the 
.ISOs and give it a proper go.
