Adam,

I am having the same "boot then go blind" symptoms. What's worse, I
can't get the install-from-local-hard-drive option to work either. When
I point to /dev/sdb1 and give it the path to the DVD ISO image, it says
it can't find it. I've used this many times with CD ISO images, but this
is the first time for a DVD ISO image. Does the hard drive install
option know how to recognize and use a DVD ISO image? (sha1sum = OK)
