Confirming what davej suggested, mkinitrd-6.0.13-1.fc8 works fine for
me.
It should be in rawhide Real Soon Now, or you can get it straight from
koji: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/mkinitrd/6.0.13/1.fc8/
