That's really a question for Matthias and the freshrpms team, but
according to his mail on fedora-announce-list, there should be stuff
available now. I see a bunch of packages on their site:
http://moonshine.freshrpms.net/

Maybe you need to grab the newer release file from the front page of
http://freshrpms.net/ or something?
