hi,

sorry i have no f7rc3, which  fedora-release.rpm  do you have?

fedora.repo  and
fedora-updates.repo  are ok but
fedora-updates-testing.repo  is not ok.

# rpm -qf /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates-testing.repo
fedora-release-8-3
