F8RC3 Fails Miserably on HP 8510w Laptop

I've seen this behavior on a DC7700 HP desktop.

After the installation, the machine hang during firstboot with
a grey pattern and a big X cursor.

The next installation was OK.

(this is another bug, fixed).

I can try 10 installs on Monday...
