How do I get the network connection to happen automatically?

When I start my F8rc3 computer the network connection doesn't happen 
automatically.  Also if I log out and back in the network connection 
is disabled.  I do I get it to work like it did on F7 and 
automatically connect.  If I am using my wireless connection and the 
wired connection is plugged in and I pull out the wireless card, it 
doesn't switch to the wired connection.

Here's if ifcfg-eth0
